I have a 115hp Johnson outboard 1996 V4 you need a small new unit. What years have the same JI?
I a johnson 96 115 which ran aground with and blew through the gears .. At this stage, I prefer to replace the floor by another instead of buying a new set of gears. Not exactly $ 1,500 for a brand new .. Does anyone know what the WTO should be the year to my outboard, too? thank you very much
I think that from 1995-2003, these engines are smaller units. However, to be sure - Try calling your local office of Johnson or Evinrude dealer should be able to say with certainty. Get your model number when you call. I also ask if they have engines with blown motor for sale, you may be able to get the parts you need them. Good luck!
